Walter SAS and Losberger – major actors in the Event market
Festival de Cannes – May 2008
During the well-known international movie festival which takes place every year in Cannes, South of France, Walter acted the star! Over 90% of the event structures erected for this event were part of the Walter portfolio and were used as press points, catering and reception for the festival participants. Moreover, on the beach in front of the Hotel Noga Hilton, 5 Volcan structures from the Energie range were hired through an Event Company and installed for the welcome of stars, press conferences and parties.
International Economical Forum Saint Petersburg, Russia – June 2008
For the 12th edition of this international forum which took place at the Len Expo Centre in St Petersburg, Walter sold over 4,500 m² (Traditional and Garden Cottage) to a Russian company, notably a Traditional CTS 15 x 130 m coupled with another Traditional CTS 20 x 40 m, height 4 m. Walter also sold different equipments, such as glazed panels, cassette floor, Versailles doors, etc… During three days (6 th to 8th of June) head of states and governments as well as major actors of the economical and financial international stage discussed about the key questions concerning the current economical scene in Russia and in the World on general. Our structures were used as check points, catering, meeting points and exhibition rooms for Russian and International companies
(BMW, Microsoft, Kodak, Nestle, Gazprom …).
maxiflex Arcum Project with Lucas Sarl, La Grande Motte, France
The first maxiflex Arcum, 15.5/340 x 35 m has been sold and installed in South of France on the beach La Voile Bleue at La Grande Motte (near Montpellier). Our customer, Lucas Sarl is using this structure as a restaurant and is very excited with this product which was very well received.
